|
💡 The Customer Eligibility feature is available exclusively for Automatic discounts |
Step 7: Choosing Discount Application Strategy
Each product quantity will be separately considered to determine the discount tier
When this option is selected in DealUp, the app evaluates the quantity of each specific product separately to see if it qualifies for a discount tier.
Example: If the discount is 10% for 2 items and 15% for 3 items:
-
A customer buys 2 units of Product A and 1 unit of Product B.
-
Only Product A receives the 10% discount because its specific quantity met the requirement.
Sum up quantities across all applicable products to determine the discount tier
When this option is selected in DealUp, the discount tier is calculated by adding up the total quantity of all eligible products in the cart. This allows customers to mix and match different items to reach a higher tier.
Example: If the discount is 10% for 2 items and 15% for 3 items:
-
A customer buys 2 units of Product A and 1 unit of Product B.
-
The total quantity is 3.
-
The 15% discount is applied to both products.
Step 8: Choosing Discount Combination Strategy
In this section, select which discount types from DealUp, Shopify, or third-party apps can be combined with this offer. You can allow combinations with:
- Product discounts
- Order discounts
- Shipping discounts
| 💡 To successfully combine discounts, please ensure that discount combinations are also enabled on the other discount you wish to use. |
Step 9: Choosing Active Dates for the Offer
